Around 8 mins on the road, but PJFT was (as a recommendation so thats what I did) 2.4KM @ 11.8KPH which was easy then with 60 second rest (I had 30 for some reason!) then 2.4KM @ 14.6KPH which was not easy towards the end lol its was boredom of staring at a blank wall which was the problem :P Ring your local AFCO now to get started!

can you put your foot past the line or does that also count as a fail

I'm just awaiting my medical results, theyve given me 4 months waiting time but that was 3 and a half months ago so not long till i find out if ive passed my medical and then if i pass that i have my pjft, been training like mad hope it all doesnt go to waste by not passing my medical.

same here mate ive got my medical on the 4th of October been waiting since april Ive had to keep 3 month diary for it, hope its not a waste. So annoying I know I am fit enough to pass this

how did it go

There was a couple of under 18s on that prmc , the fastest return on the BFT was a 16 year old and he got really good gym scores , sadly I got pulled off on the bleep test , that's me you see getting taken off at the start
