That is my idea of delicious comfort food. Lidia your presentation always looks beautiful to me. I’m not a mushroom fan so I would probably add bell peppers in place of the mushrooms. I’m adding this dish to my list of things to make ahead and freeze. Since I’m alone it’s hard to cook delicious meals for one so I cook and freeze many dishes. I believe this would do well. Thank you. You always inspire me.

I made these for New Years day. They were so easy and a complete meal really. A Little side salad and I was happy.

Ohh yesssss! I thought this was a very creative potato recipe I saw on PBS, and fell in love with this recipe! One slice looks like a complete meal itself (or 2, depending on how hungry I am ). The final product is a beautiful presentation!

Good recipe...I do the same recipe for years now but I put shitake mushrooms with chinese sausage and with a little miso it's a WOW UMAMI , but sometimes i put bacon instead of sausage and with corn it's sooo delicious !!!😊 try it it's delicious also 😊😊😊
