    i recommend mix the seasoning with the flour first, and then you can add them to your potato it coats the potato more evenly

    Im actually doing this right now in air fryer hopefully comes put good Edit: restuarant grade fries sooo good i actually didn't boil and put them in the air fryer 10 min and came out super crispy the family loved them thanks

    I tried fried ones , it came out awesome 💯😎 But I don't have patrika so , I put chilli powder and I didn't have dry herbs so I just used Italian oregano seasoning

    Simply cutting them, seasoning them then dropping them in the deep fryer throughly cooks it and it’s quick

    The point of the parboiling step is to increase the starch on the outside, this method increases the crisp outside and gives a dry fluffy inside. You would know this if you try it. Being lazy gets you nowhere in life. True story.
