Potato Souffle 😍 Easy, Economical & Delicious

A wonderful and delicious potato souffle with bacon mushrooms and cheeses,
easy tasting and aromatic, ideal for young and old
Recipe ingredients
3 Potatoes (800 g)
200 gr. Mushrooms
100 gr. Bacon
1 Dry Onion
3 Eggs
400 gr. Cream Milk 35%
100 gr. Farina flour
50 gr. Melted Butter
100 gr. Shredded Gouda cheese
200 gr. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Prescription Process
Boil the potatoes in a pot after cutting them into thin slices
We boil them for 15-20 minutes, from the time they start boiling
Remove from the heat, and pour cold water into the pot and drain
Pour olive oil into a pan over low heat
Add a chopped onion
Mix well for 1-2 minutes
200 gr. Chopped mushrooms and saute them for 2-3 minutes
Add salt and pepper
100 gr. Bacon chopped, and cook everything together for 3-4 minutes
Put 3 eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl
400 gr. Milk cream 35%
Stir continuously with a hand whisk
Add 100 gr. Farina flour
50 gr. Melted butter
100 gr. Grated gouda cheese
The mixture with the mushrooms and bacon
Stir to incorporate the ingredients
Grease a 22X30 cm Pyrex pan.
Put the first layer of potatoes
We will need a total of 3 potatoes of 800 g.
Add Oregano, pepper, salt, and half the mixture
We cover the surface
Put a second layer of potatoes
Add the rest of the mixture
Spread evenly
Pour 200 gr. grated mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle over the entire surface
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C in the air for 45-50 minutes
Let it cool down a bit and serve
