As a Mumbaiker, this curry + poori..... I usually used to eat in university canteen. Best combo of Light सब्जी with heavy (oily) पूरी..... Will definitely try at home🤩.

@@shrikanthaithal9355 thanks! I did make it without besan twice and it was delicious. Aloo curry it turned out to be but still delicious. Next time will try n order some besan or just wait till I am home so I can just pick up enough besan just for this dish.
