These potato pancakes are made from mashed potatoes and cheese. They are soft from the inside and crispy golden brown from the outside. Perfect for snacking!

2 medium sized potatoes (中型馬鈴薯)
3 tsp tapioca starch (木薯粉)
½ tsp salt (鹽)
1 tbsp sugar (白糖)
80g mozzarella cheese (馬蘇里芝士)
½ tsp black pepper powder (黑胡椒粉)

Can I use all purpose flour instead of topioca starch?

Yes! You can use corn starch, glutinous flour and rice flour as you like.
