Potato bread

Those who’ve watched my previous video of puff pastry pockets noticed that there was a lot of potatoes left and I’ve thought of making bread using them and it was the best decision ever👌🏾.
Bread recipe
3 cups flour
1 1/4 warm water
80ml milk
60ml canola oil
1 egg
7g yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions~ kindly check the video, knead until the dough doesn’t stick on the hand, rub with olive oil, cover and keep at the warm place, roll it out add your potatoes, roll it like Swiss roll, bake on 180 till golden I think it took 40-50 minutes. Potato recipe on the puff pastry video.
