I know I am late but Kashmiri red chilli is the best for colour but isn’t that spicy, no need for specific brands

l loved this recipe. Since you have started it in Hindi, it has become convenient for all Hindi foodie's, congs to you.

Bread rolls becomes more crispy if rolled in bread crumbs 5 minutes before frying. Just blend the removed edges of bread in a blender to make bread crumbs. Nothing will be wasted and will make bread rolls a bit more tasty.

I have made it and it's superb ...tysm for this recipe

Even though the video is from 2 years ago the delicious cannot be forgotten. I made it again with my wife and wowww the taste was amazing. Staying home has the best benefit of cooking for your family. Thanks Yaman for explaining everything in detail. I watch all your videos!

You can keep in fridge overnight, remove 10-15 mins before frying

I tried the recipe and it was amazing. I did not like eating bread rolls because they are usually very oily. But these were just amazing. Deep fried and no oil left on bread. I loved the recipe. Will try dahi ke sholay next week. Thank you for your great videos.
