Please talk about pph and future deliveries? as i had pph 10 years ago and dr told me it might be happened again in future delivery now i wish to have another baby but scared also please guide me ratio of reoccurnce. My delivery was normal

Sorry for the delay in response. I over looked it. Yes, there is chance of recurrence of developing PPH in subsequent pregnancy in a lady having history of PPH in previous pregnancy. But nothing to be panic. First of all please go for a pre conceptional counselling. If there is no risk factor then try for pregnancy. Never become anaemic throughout pregnancy. Deliver in a facilities where your doctor and facilities are sound enough to combat any complications. Remember, PPH management protocol is vrey effective now in our country. Hope for the best. May Allah bless you.

GDM causes polyhydromnios and over distention of uerus. GDM also causes large baby which is redponsible for over distention.
