    Hello!! Thank you for this. I am not an athlete, but I did get a good use of the video. I hurt my abdomen at the gym while doing burpees and these exercises helped me regain my strength to get back to it. Thanks a million!

    Does having the legs up block the psoas from taking over in the sit up? That is my biggest issue.. it takes over all the abdominal exercises I do.. trying to recover from a sports hernia

    Yes. This will help you isolate your abs more and eventually with the right mechanics and breathing you’ll be able to really strengthen your abs layer by layer. Isolating your hip flexor will help also

    Depends how strong your injury becomes.
