One thing levy wouldn’t have wanted is to lose cl Fans have short memories and the form this year has been shocking. At Celtic the mentality was win every game no matter the opposition or what the implications of that result would be. Ange knew when his Celtic played at home from the first whistle to the end of the game the fans would give their full support or show their disgust if the performance wasn't up to par. I don't think Ange can believe what went on in the lead up to the Man City game or the behavior of the Spurs fans towards him and the team during the game. Whilst Ange knew what he was walking into, I don't think he really knew how bad it was until this game which was unique as it was a rescheduled game with implications on potentially handing Arsenal the league. Being Australian where the sporting mentality is supporting your team no matter what, Ange cannot get his head around what we was seeing and hearing.

Lots of maybes .Did Ange do his homework before he came to Spurs. We have a very good and newish squad that needs to gel and some costly players not performing . Some of his decisions have not been the best. We have been thumped by mediocre teams . Of course every team needs new blood but dont tell me he expected city like spending at Spurs. We have won diddly squat for years but still have great support. Ange needs to understand the strong rivalry between the clubs. I dont think the majority of the fans wanted to lose , and believe it the fans hate having nothing at the end of the season, we are sick of being sick of getting nothing. Arsenal hope rocked was just a consolation . And its not just Spurs fans with this mentality against Rivals. This was a very rare situation and that fan he argued with was obviously on a wind up mission and succeeded.

Craig got it right. To finish 5th in the Premier League is something that some 90 odd teams in the top 4 divisions only dream of, not to mention the hundreds of lower division and grass roots teams. Spurs don't have some divine right to play champs league, any more than any other team.

I'm a Season Ticket Holder at Spurs . A support for 50 years. I'm so happy that Spurs played brilliantly and matched and bettered City especially in the first half first . The game is about scoring goals. Having not replaced Harry Kane ....a specialist proven Premier League striker ....it showed ne that Club Spurs had no ambition and insufficient squad depth in both quality and quality.....to play 2 games a week at the highest level . So I'm content with nid table mediocrity. For how many years was Arsen Wenger knocked out of Europe in the first round . Man U Cheksea and Newcastle playo.g beliw thier usual best ....placed us artificially at 5 th . ... 7th or 8th better reflects the quality of the squad abd the rookie gung ho stupidity of our manager. Remember managers come and go .STH Fans like me are forever. COYS

They're a long way behind the top 3 - and having home fans wanting to lose a game when still fighting for top 4 ??? It does sorta makes you wonder as a manager. Ange is right. The club is rotten.

Clearly there is an element within Spurs and the support that would rather lose a match than see an arch rival win the league. I have no words to describe how ridiculous and unprofessional that is. It is spite and envy of the worst sort. And over the last few days Postegoglou has obviously had a bellyful of it. The only thing that should concern Spurs and their supporters is winning games.
