That’s funny you mention the crying thing cause I cried on my wedding night like right after we did it for the first time and it was the same feeling! It made me realize that he wasn’t gonna leave me and that he was here to stay and God made this for a good thing for us to enjoy together and it’s ultimately His good design! I also read sheet music that I was gifted from our premarital counselors and it was so good and set us up on the right track❤

My husband was the same way when we first started living together. He could not calm his mind. I started implementing Stress Relieving methods at night. I played sleep sounds on Alexa, start a bath for him with sleep salts, run a diffuser with lavender, and massage his back. Helped a lot! He has a better sleep routine than me now 😂
