Following a severe infection that led to sepsis, Jo experienced severe Post Viral Fatigue (PVF).     Both! I think Jo made the comment because most of us are still scared of symptoms even once we recover. It takes some time to get over the trauma of the experience with the illness.

    If the program is so good why ant doctors tell. People with fibromyalgia to do it.doctors say u have to live with it .

    I appreciate your question. There are many doctors who do recommend the program. However, it's important to understand that because there is no cure, doctors simply say you have to live with it or you may go into remission. This is because they cannot subscribe some treatment to create a recovery for you. Because recovery is an individual process - it has to be driven by the patient! The key to do that successfully, is to understand how the illness is triggered which is complex. Trying to educate patients face to face is simply not feasible given the complexity, hence most doctors don't even learn about this.
