A strong demo. If the full game can maintain this mood, they'll have a marvelous horror game. The enemy designs were perfectly weird, good puzzles, environment was solid, camera angles were claustrophobic without being annoying.

I love how shlubby the player character is, and the camera angles being 'off' in a way really does help make the player disoriented and anxious. The ambient noise is wonderful too, squishy and wet and industrial all at once. Really excited to see where this goes!

I was a level designer at Ubisoft and I had the chance to work on Far Cry 4's Shangri-La early concepts. I decided to start with Silent Hill as a reference to understand the process behind each aspect: the layout of each areas, the types of 3C used (Camera, Controls, Character), the navigation (vertical: ladders, towers, platforms / horizontal: hallways, crawl spaces / exotic: vehicles, mounts, etc), and much more. Every little detail must have a purpose, whether it is to support the story, the flow or the pacing. Especially in games that rely heavily on the atmosphere. So yeah, trying to find the sweet spot between the narrative and gameplay is not easy, but once you get to understand how to make them work together that's where you get your flow.

This game is aggressively detailed, the artists clearly took their time and energy into creating this game, the lighting is nailed to exquisite quality, I am thoroughly impressed at how the completely managed to curtail modular design. The intensity really shows and I have no idea who an indie team on its own was able to make this in a time managed frame. They even made an inventory system and everything that is just amazing.

This game looks really promising, from what the demo has shown. It really feels like old-school Silent Hill, both in gameplay and atmosphere. I kind of miss fixed-camera angles in games. Yes they can be _really_ annoying a lot of the times, especially when you're forced into bad camera angles during a chase scene. But they can also give a lot of good artsy or symbolic shots that can add to the story and atmosphere.

_Sunderland Park on the map_ You already know you're somewhere you don't want to be. Really nice nod to Silent Hill style of environment and riddle/puzzles - nicely solved as well. I enjoyed seeing an older protag too. I liked the monster design - freaky crab lady! and the whole aesthetic. I'm looking forward to seeing the full game.

Wow, this looks FANTASTIC! I love how those "third person, fixed camera"-Silent-Hill-Style games are en vogue right now. Tormented Souls and Song Of Horror were pretty solid entries for that category, but Post Trauma could possibly even surpass them. The atmosphere and the visuals are so tense and I love how we are really playing a "regular person" getting lost in some obscure horror world. It's what I'd want a modern SH to be like

God this is so great, I agree with most of these survival horror tropes bring a forgotten art. Especially the fixed camera angles. What a shame we don't see this anymore in horror games, the ability to control exactly what you see and where your pc needs to be in order to see it is, in my mind, one of the most effective tools in the repertoire of horror gaming we've ever seen, and this game utilizes it so well. I can't help but feel nostalgia, and a fear/suspense I haven't felt in watching someone else play a horror game in a long time. Even other indie games I've seen try to take advantage of fixed camera angles don't quite nail exactly the tried and true method of original survival horror games. It's the center of the entire experience; controlling the atmosphere, controlling the pacing, and controlling the scares. You could be in the same room as an enemy and not even know it until the camera allows it. There is a long abandoned art on the correct use of this technique, and it's so refreshing to finally see it in all its glory once more. I haven't felt this way since my first playthroughs of the works that inspired this.

I really like the design aesthetic of the game, though the camera swinging gives me a headache if I watch too long. Promising, and I hope the writer is able to build a solid character here with the protagonist, because that's what's going to sell the story to the audience, and I'm not just talking monetarily. All the good atmosphere in the world won't save you if your player hates the perspective character. Thanks for playing this Manly, it's pretty cool, even if I'm just stuck listening most of the time due to motion sickness. XD
