It sounds unique because its unnatural. He uses auto tune on all of his songs. With this performance it's especially noticeable because hes even more pitchy and off key than usual and its sounds like whatever software he's using is struggling to correct him. I like some of his music but he's not a good singer. He's a good performer.

Not only that I've listened to this on surround sounds my system in the car and a couple of headphones and getting constant popping. Yeah just glad he is actually still singing at his concerts rather than singing over a track with his voice left in it. Been to a bunch of concerts lately even country concerts they're doing that like crazy takes you out of the moment and enjoyment kinda look at the performer sideways from now on. If they're just going to sing over their own voice I rather they just lip sing.

smashination productions Official He nearly always uses an auto tuned mic. Look I like post Malone, I think he’s a nice dude and he writes fairly cool songs. But I’m not being rude it doesn’t sound to me you know too much about music. When you drunk, you sing better (to an extent) alcohol relaxes the vocal chords, he nearly always uses autotune live and also, if you want more emotion in your live performance, autotune would be the last thing you’d want to use. Autotune takes away from the emotion in a singing voice.

I really want to meet this guy. I got him stuck to my brain. Cant stop loving the music, and all of the videos of him being humble and funny. I just love it. I'm kinda similar myself, and people here in Sweden look at me as different, bcuz they have this other image of how to be a "normal person". Haha. Keep it up champ!
