Думаю, что видео содержательное и доходчивое. Вот только бы ещё знать перевод ))
Great video! But don't downward seatbones hurt the horse's back more than the forward facing ones? I thought I'm going with the horse's movement if my seat is pointing forward. Not talking about the position of the rider's back, it totally should be straight :)

Seatbones should be pointing straight down, they will not hurt the horses back, seatbones which point forward are often seen in riders who's weight is too far back on their seat and on the horse's back. Plus, pointing down does not mean you are digging them into the horses back, you should have some level of tone in your underneath which prevents the seatbones from becoming pressure points. Additional 80% of your weight should be on the surface of your thighs and only 20% in your seat.

@@DressageTrainingTV Thanks for the explanation! It totally makes sense if I think about the weight distribution. Your channel is great, not a lot of riders and trainers nowadays do what's right vs what's easy to do! ❤
The rider has a hollow back when her "seat bones are ( suppoed to be) in neutral. To truly have seatbones in neutral ( pinting down) a rider's back is flat! Your video might confuse a rider to Have a hollow back and THINK their seat ones point down
