Denmark gave everyone a lot of work. Look at this Dutch team, in the 2014 World Cup they would be 3rd place crushing Brazil.

@@leandroherzer i am dutch, the team in 2012 was like the team of france in 2010 wc . France almost won in 2006, then 2010 they crumbled with loses against south africa for example. We the netherlands were the same. No team chemistry in 2012. We have a documentary(dutch) about it how it went from top to flop. And since you dont know the results of the dutch before this 2012 tournament: we lost all our preperation games even against bulgaria in our own home and lost to germany 3-0. So when the tournament started it was an already dieing dutch side. When we faced portugal we needed to win with 2 goal difference, so the spaces were huge while portugal could lay back. This dutch side is an insult to us. The 2014 team is totally diffirent but for 3 players, robben van persie and sneijder were the only ones that returned and they are the best we had. Portugal was brilliant that tournament, i hoped they won it in 2012 with good football, too bad the ugliest performance in 2016 got rewarded instead. But this dutch team was not good. Im just correcting you from saying we were great that year. We were horrible

for me this is equal imressive as portugal vs spain . 10/10 performance , even the highlights looked like cr7 alone vs netherland . also netherland had a really great team robben sneider van persie van de vart etc .

The goals are a classic but those assist would have been legendary if they converted.

A very underrated tournament from CR7. Did a lot this game outside of the goals and Portugal as a whole held their own really well vs the best Spain team ever. If ronaldo scored that easy chance on the counter or Alves’ penalty went in off the bar, or if fabregas’ didn’t go in off the post. So many what ifs

Man ronaldo got pressured hard by all the failed attempts of him shooting goals, you could see all that pressure coming out of him after his second goal.. Dude never gave up with the same tactics, as a dutch person I respect this dude!

Mientras que argentina fue favorita o fue la segunda favorita siempre siempre.

A mi parecer los mundiales de los años 2000 fueron decepcionantes. De los que he visto, el 98 y el 2014 me parecieron los mejores, el 2018 en tercer lugar. De las Euros, la que más disfruté es la del 2008. La Champions nunca decepciona. En Sudamérica, creo que las mejores copas Libertadores se dieron en los 90s. En los 2000 igual hubieron buenas copas, pero entre 2013 y 2015 hubo cierto bajón.
