Hello guys. This video is regarding to the overhaul and restoration 2 Stroke Genset 2hp, 1250kW. There are three parts which is dismantling process, cleaning and assembling parts.
During this overhaul works, I had use a basic tools as follow:
1. Combination spanner 8mm, 10mm & 14mm.
2. Screwdriver philips & flat head.
3. Socket 8mm & 10mm.
4. Long nose plier.
5. Multiplier.
6. Metal Hammer.
7. Knife.
8. Engine Gasket 1.5mm.
Parts replaced nothing much as most of the parts still in good conditions:
1. Spark Plug brand Champion.
2. Gasket Kit 1.5mm.
3. Red Silicon 650degF.
4. Nylon Cable Tie.
Cleaning tools:
1. Knife.
2. Sand paper 650grits & 1000grits.
3. Metal & Nylon cleaning brush.
4. Antirush WD-40.
5. Carburetor Cleaner.
6. Thinner.
7. Soap Powder.
Painting:
1. Clean rags.
2. Metallic Blue Spray.
3. Grey Spray.
4. Black Spray.
