You could make this video in 20 minutes, well done, educational and explanatory. Example: the laser cutting part at the beginning gets boring, as the pieces are similar and so is the process. You can reduce time. I myself had to advance the video. I'm an editor for 3 channels. Don't be mad, just constructive tips.

Wetting the leather before embossing will yield a crisper edge.

You could try engraving the letters deeper, filling with black paint (sand) and then lay the clear. Very nice little battery pack. End result looks good, i've always loved the layered plywood look.

So much material wasted... For folks that actually buy their own materials dont do it like this, with a bit more planning you can save 60-70% of plywood...

Well, you can just use those leftovers for smaller sized objects. But yeah, cutting the individual frames into C-shaped halves and laying them out in a staggered manner, would reduce the amount of full size plywood sheets. 😊

Glued plywood, so maybe cutting stripes and curves, and gluing them, you can make all one enclosure with a single panel of plywood.

It's like people don't know how to curve plywood. Or just layer the corners instead of the whole thing. Make 90° layered corners.
