We really enjoyed Goff's Caye in Belize the time that we went there! It had FANTASTIC snorkeling and was such a small and quaint little island that you could see the whole thing as we came up to it by boat. The tour by Island Marketing was definitely affordable and they really took great care of us. Although you don't get beach chairs you get to hang out at the beach there for a few hours and it was like a little corner of paradise. I highly recommend Goff's Caye the next time you are in Belize!!! I can't wait to try the Butt's Up cave tubing when we go there again someday! ❤️

We are going to Belize on your April 2020 cruise. I booked the Lamanai Mayan Ruin as Carnival had an online sale that dropped the price by over $30 per person. I didn't realize that Belize was a tender port. I thought they had a pier. Hopefully the weather behaves so the tenders run! This will be our 1st full Western Caribbean cruise (we did a cruise before that did Grand Cayman and Jamaica). We mostly do Bahamas and Eastern Caribbean cruises. Enjoyed your video mates!

Yeeeeeah, tons of coral reefs, I believe is why there's no pier. Sort of the same thing that Grand Cayman has going on. But it's a great port for adventurous excursions, as long as the weather doesn't mess up the tenders. Yow!!

We loved the snorkel in Belize, we went to Geoffs Caye and lunch was included, grilled shrimp was delicious. I would say though it’s for more mid to advance snorkeled due to some currents, but it was gorgeous. Your definitely hungry after the snorkel. Restrooms and changing room on the island too. It was about a 40. I use boat ride . Next time we want to do the cave tubes

Belize is about the only port where shopping IS a highlight for me. Specifically...the pharmacy where all the cruise crew go. Affordable (esp. compared to the US). Run by a pharmacist from a Wal-Mart. Yes you declare it all on your Customs form, we’ve never been levied a duty on ‘em. If you’re into getting your passport stamped like we are, there’s a teeny shack/office close by in the center’s parking lot.

Stopped in Belize only once a long time ago in 2002 on Celebrity. Went on a boat down the river and stopped at the Belize City Zoo. I think it was a cruise ship excursion. Other than that I remember there not being too much around the tender port. I think we were the only ship in that day so everything wasn't too crowded.

The riverboat we took had engine troubles and we had to wait for another one to come and pick us up. I remember saying not to worry when climbing to the second boat and that fresh water crocks aren't as aggressive. That was pretty mean of me. And it made us late for lunch. And the hot, bus ride to the river was boring. Belize looks like southern Florida to me.

If you're sailing with Carnival, they have a list of ports on their website of which ports require water shuttles, and which ones are accessible and which ones aren't. Belize is listed as "limited accessible", which means that only certain tender vessels can accommodate a scooter. They should be able to accommodate, but there may be more of a wait than at other ports which use ALL accessible tender vessels. So you should be good to go, but I'd make sure you get with the Guest Care team onboard to let them know your needs and get their advice.

True, as we said in the video, Belize isn't really a "wander around" port. If you don't have a solid plan or excursion, you'll be sorely disappointed, but we've had some of our favorite adventurous guided excursions in Belize!! :D

You guys are actually pretty good at this, however I couldn’t finish it. Too much of yourselves and not enough videos/pictures! Commentators should mostly be heard and not seen!

We’re getting ready to relaunch the Port Guide series next week with six episodes on Alaska, and we’ve actually tried to include more video and whatnot when relevant to break up the informational bits, hah. Thankee!! :D

Celebrity has a terrible selection of shore excursions on Belize. All very expensive and not a single beach excursion. I don't care for caves.
