I’m curious too as many are. I believe Chris is in sales, Jeff I’m guessing is in the trades (plumper, electrician, hvac), Nate some sort of office job IT could be possibly.

We've used this griddler for a variety of items including steak, fish, vegetables kzread.infoUgkxMcXT6_MuT0hB3ejyGQQHaeof9bwoWPUf and mushrooms and it's been great! Gets that great smokey flavor when using high heat or sear. The grill works amazingly simple and very low smoke for what it is. Heat gets up fairly quick, especially on closed position. The griddler side is fairly simple, better for eggs and pancakes rather than any cooking. Use the flat plates with the grill side if needed.Cleanup is easy and having heat on both sides is great for cooking a large amount or panini press.This definitely gets hot though so be careful with the sides.

Oh my god, that was so much fun! We watched it twice in a row, my daughter said "I don't know why I can't stop smiling" Congrats to Nate on the $1,000👍 or did that go to Chris? I like to steam veggies instead of boil, I believe it is healthier because your not poring out vitamins and minerals that have leached in to the water, don't know if it would be faster, but I'm thinking it would be. Great cook, loved it.

And by steaming I mean just putting in as little water as possible, so depending on your pan/lid situation, sometimes I can get away with only a couple table spoons with a REALLY good pan, but you have to know which pan will lose what amount of steam or you end up burning it, or just at water as needed. Not using a steamer, that would defeat the purpose of being simple and not having to throw out the water. But now I'm mansplaining. Thanks for the response.

Love watching you guys! Great to see such good friendship! You keep inspiring me to use my blackstone 36". I love to grill or griddle all year round, including in the winter here in Michigan. Keep up the great work!

Liked the crossover piece you did with Hungry Hussey. You guys video's are really good and informative and it shows your love for cooking things on the griddle. I am curious too how you guys became friends, were you friends as kids and are still doing stuff together? Live in the same neighborhood? Work together? Or met at a school function of your kids and have remained friends, you can tell you have a strong friendship. Nice to see and having fun cooking.
