3 medium sized Tomatoes (strips, seeds removed)
1 cup Vinegar
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp Brown Sugar
2 cloves Garlic (finely minced)
Green Onions
Fresh Chilis
Salt
Pepper
