I laughed out loud. The dialogue, with the 2 nerds talking like little old men from the 1950s as if it's cool, is genuine and so hilarious. I've had students like this--trying so hard to be mature.

The Katy/Aidy dynamic duo captures pubescent dream come true nerdstalgia perfectly! It's also great how the snl writers and wardrobe creators max the beauty and talent of stars like Zoe and Carey!

I love these characters. Seeing male nerd representation that isn't condescending or entitled is really fun. I wish there was more of it; no more smug, berating Sherlocks; no more misogynistic, belittling Big Bang Theory characters; more of this!

Love Kate McKinnon. She's so versatile in the characters she plays.

This was such a basic premise but it’s absolutely hilarious! Well done Kate and Aidy! And Zoe was a good host, seemed game for anything and a good sport.

Wow this is an exceedingly great interpretation of being a teen !!! Keep on Rockin !!!

I feel like Kate has an agreement with Lorne that she gets to have kissing scenes with all her fave stars 🤩🤣

Yesss, and yet they sometimes won't let the actual kiss happen ~ which at times, I feel is respectful, because for example~ Kate's awe-inspiring sketches with Ariana DeBose were such pure beauty, with such clear chemistry and sweet admiration between them~ Maybe the writers felt they would be exploiting or pushing shock-value, upon these two naturally brilliant and positively gifted women, Kate and Ariana ~ and here again, with Kate and Zoe ~ And I am thankful that Lorne lets these actresses express some of their true selves!~ 🐱

Just so sweetly heartwarming, I am grateful that they didn't try for a dark or vulgar ending like SNL may have done in the past, but went for the funny but realistic for the average teen ending. The whole thing is just fantastically real and wholesome.

So this came out an hour ago and has such a classic feel to it. Kate & Aidy rocked this. How did Zoe not laugh hearing this dialogue! That's why they pay 'em the big bucks. "I'm getting a phone call from my Schwabb agent." !

kate is so good i forgot this was acting and was fully rooting for the guy

I love these characters very very much. Whoever writes this, it's so gorgeous, and Aidy and Kate (and Zoe) are just excruciatingly perfect. (I've loved everything Zoe did in this episode, by the way - she's a wonderful actor. I could watch her watch grass grow.) This is world class wit, honestly.

Next season of Stranger Things looking gooooood!!!
