Doraemon" is a representative character of Fujiko F. Fujio, a cartoonist born in Takaoka City, and the Doraemon Tram started operation in September 2012 to commemorate the "100th anniversary" of Doraemon's birth.
The tram is designed to transmit to the rest of the country from Takaoka, Fujiko's hometown, the "dreams," "hopes," "friendship," "courage," and "great curiosity" that Fujiko has been conveying to children through her manga, with the hope that they will pass them on to the future.
Doraemon characters and secret tools are designed in various places inside and outside the tramcar, making it popular not only among local residents but also among fans of the anime. Why don't you ride the Doraemon Tram and tour around Takaoka?

コメントありがとうございます。 お子様連れにおすすめです。 トラムの後半の駅には「海王丸」と呼ばれる船の見学等もできるみたいです。また藤子・F・不二雄ミュージアムには子連れの方が多かったので夏休みなどのご利用をぜひ!!
