The thing about Popeyes is they put that extra crispy coating on, which makes the very boneless wings, aka chunks of chicken breast, to be smaller ... so they do one chicken breast cut up, which costs them less than 50c due to their purchasing power, and then add 10c worth of flour to coat it, then the 20c sauce... and charge $7

Blackened ranch is the only dipping sauce to get at Popeyes with their nuggs

Wings have bone in them period. No such thing as a "Boneless wing" they are chicken nuggets.
