►Ingredients
►Chicken Tenders
►Brining Chicken
3 large chicken breasts (1.3kg or 2.8lbs)
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup hot sauce (Tabasco)
►For the Dredge
3 cups (360g) plain flour
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp celery
1 tbsp garlic
2 tsp onion
2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp msg
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oregano
►For the Wet Batter
3 large eggs
1 tsp salt
2 cup soda water
2 cups (240g) plain flour
Also, 2 cups flour in another bowl
►For Frying
1 litre oil
►For the Sauce
1/2 cup (150ml) buttermilk
1/2 cup (150ml) mayonnaise (recipe on the channel)
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp honey
Some fresh parsley
Serve with coleslaw (recipe on the channel) and fries

I used this today (for the most part) and WOW.... Thank you so much for the video. I needed to press the dredge more for the last few strips, a couple bites sepereated the breading from the chicken, but other than that it was incredibly awesome.

Thank you Halal Chef. I have been trying various fried chicken recipes on and off for a few years now but this is the best. I made this tonight and I did my brine with srircha hot sauce and the batter made it all nice and crispy. the absolutely sensational dipping sauce was a taste sensation. You are an inspiration ✨️

I made this today and wow it turned out perfect and the entire family absolutely loved it. I made about 20 lbs to freeze instead of the store bought pre cooked and this is unbelievably better! The sauce is now a favorite must have at all times like ketchup is in most homes lol
