I went a similar coffee place only to find out later that I was completely ripped off when i bought an item they deceive customers by mixing sugar in with the grinded coffee so i weighs more. I also ofund out that they also force fed the poor animals so that they could produce more coffee bean... So sad I would never go again and alway advise people not to support them.

You were smart to avoid the Monkey Forest in Ubud. Did you see the first aid huts with signs about "monkey bites treated here?" And the pronunciation is oooh-bood, not bud. Great shots of the rice terraces. I first saw them 19 years ago, they are so commercialized now but still lovely.

I lLOVED your episode of the vlogg today. So funny when Kara gets told not to worry and panic because the coffee is organic. Also good joke that you almost made it to sunrise at 10 am. It feels a little peculiar to know that you're in Italy though having been in Stockholm when you're in Bali in the vlogg. Keep posting these amazing episodes of the vlogg.

I absolutely love you guys and am a big supporter. However, when I was in Bali, I learned about the realities of civet coffee. If you just Google civet coffee, you can learn all about it. It is very unethical and those animals are kept in very poor conditions. I hate to be "that person," but it is important for travelers to be responsible and mindful of harmful practices like this one. I would not recommend anyone to support these businesses while in Bali.

You guys should go to Yogyakarta to check out the temples and the palace. I took my fiance there twice back in 2015 and earlier this year and he's absolutely loving it

Totally agree! So many people just head to Bali. Jogja isn't that far away and has some of the most incredible temples I've ever seen. We're actually sharing our videos from our trip to Indonesia earlier this year and have just finished sharing our videos from Yogyakarta. Candi Sewu at the Prambanan complex was my favourite.

Not that I don't love when Kara explains the food, but it was great seeing Nate do it for a change. I don't blame you on skipping the Monkeys. I have seen your other vids when the monkeys weren't so nice and they steal things. I don't need your editing thing, but I wish you the best of luck with it. I know it will help finance your trips. Keep up the good work.

I was in Ubud. I still have Copi Luaka (poop coffe) here at home. You did not miss anything in the monkey Forrest. I recommend going north to the pearl farms on the north coast. It will be a haul.

I was at that exact rice terrace just last October 😮

Oh my 2:09 can't stop laughing :D just because I did the EXACT same thing in the EXACT same place! The only difference being that I wore my favorite white Reebok sneakers and in the end I just had to throw them away because I couldn't get the mud out of the fabric and the smell was horrendous (washed them abt 6 times). Oh how I miss Bali!

"Luwak Coffee" it cost $800 per pound.. and yes its a good coffee ,very classy

The rabies threat is real, guys! Just a few days ago a Norwegian woman died from rabies after being infected by a stray puppy in the Philippines. This is no joke, if you get bitten, seek a rabies shot within a few days. The risks are tremendous, the shot protects you.

The paradise pack wasn't for me but your course sure was Kara! Wow! I've made really good progress now and it's already been SOOOOO worth the money. We are going on a family vacation this summer and I really wanted to vlog the experience for my girls so they'll have something to look back at years down the road. You have really helped to give me a good plan for being organized. The editing workflow is just what I needed and I'm realizing that the process of going through the workflow with you has also enlightened me about what kinds of footage to capture. I feel like you could do an entire vlog or course just on how to grab shots that are useful. Anyway, thanks for your work on this, I know it was a lot of work. By the way, totally loved that you were in Egypt for this. I was at Khan Al-Khalili around 1997 I believe. What great memories!
