Hi Ankit, On the turnaround & growth story part: Initially when Poonawalla took over Magma Fincorp three years back, they had to clean up the balance sheet, replace the core team, introduced new product segments etc. This clean-up process can be broadly termed as a Turnaround. Once the turnaround is completed, the NBFC had identified a few areas to focus on (MSME & Retail). Now they are looking to grow aggressively in these segments, which is a growth story for the next 3-5 years.
