“If you want to hide a tree, hid it in a forest”(Thalasso Hobbyer). Unexpectedly symbolic and, in my opinion, the best quote of the day.😊

You can get first-surface mirrors, where the mirrored surface is on the front of the glass. They are fragile and easy scratch, but in infinite mirrors, they work perfectly with no strange gaps :)

I never get over your dioramas, each one you come up with is breath taking and even better than the past one. But, every diorama you've made until this point is awesome, and especial by it own. You managed to bring the backrooms pool scene really well. I appreciate your work so much, thanks for putting effort to show us a better work every time you post a video, you're one of my favorites KZreadrs at the diorama community.

Th depth of the pool and vastness of the hall makes for a good unsettling feeling and plays into your own imagination making things more frightening. Really cool effect with a relatively simple setting. And a cool surprise at the end there.

I prefer the Backrooms to have no monsters or creatures. To me it's far more terrifying to force someone to experience the terror and dread of being _truly_ alone. Some people might say that's boring but that's only because they don't really grasp what it would be like. To be stuck in this endlessness with naught but your own mind to keep you company. Especially if the Backrooms doesn't actually have anything to keep you alive like water or food or any ofher stuff. So you just keep walking and walking till you slowly die of thirst unless you find the pool and then you get to starve to death. Not because the backrooms hates hou and wants you to die but because it simply doesn't notice you. It is purely indifferent. That's terror.

That is indeed what makes liminal spaces so terrifying: they're supposed to be areas you pass through, like a hallway or parking lot, or where you briefly spend time before going somewhere else, like a shopping mall, a school or a pool. But what if liminal spaces were all that remained? Only these transitionary spaces that go on forever and ever, with never another soul to be seen? Maybe you'll find perfectly maintained stores, so that you don't even die from hunger or thirst. There's nowhere that you could walk or travel to that would ever get you out of these liminal spaces. Some may call it 'hell', or maybe it's just purgatory. Or maybe there's no name one can give to it, because it just exists, like liminal spaces that exist solely to provide a way for you to move from point A to point B.

@@MayaPosch It's my personal belief that the backrooms is alive. I believe that it's an alternate universe that is composed solely of the backrooms entity. A living, sentient universe. I don't think it's evil or malicious, just indifferent to us, probably not even recognizing us as alive in the same way that we would not understand how an entity could be its own universe. But I think it's alive and curious about our world and trying to copy it in places but it doesn't really understand the things that it is copying, like an AI making art, the backrooms entity is just mindlessly mimicking our world. Why? To what end? Well that depends. Personally I don't think it's malicious. Even more i don't think that it even has "wants" as we would understand the concept, if it even "wants" at all.

It's kinda' like THE MATRIX (one of them) where Neo runs out of the subway station - just to re-enter it from the other side. Or like Eskimos, as Annie Dillard tells it in "Pilgrim at Tinker Creek" wherein Eskimos in kayaks staring at the sea and sky with no clear delineation go crazy. Or the episode of Star Trek (TOS) "The Alternative Factor" wherein the character Lazarus is trapped in the corridor between matter and anti-matter. Jung would probably have something to say about it too. And maybe also Joseph Campbell; there's something archetypal about this undifferentiated space.

The level of dedication that you put into these are like nothing I’ve seen before. Especially when you remember that it is literally just you. There are things similar to this on the internet, but they don’t really give the same level awe because they are typically less detailed or are worked on by multiple individuals. You are fucking awesome.

its arguably more scary to be trapped in a place like The Backrooms than it is to be hunted by some monster. A monster is at least a monster, and if catches you, you're dead, and probably relatively quickly. The Backrooms on the otherhand feels like a place you'd get lost in for days... the kind of place where you'd either slowly starve to death as the overwhelming feeling of panic and confusion ravages your mind to the brink of madness, or inevitably take some wrong turn and die horribly somewhere in the bizarre architecture, perhaps falling from great heights or getting trapped into a room with no air. And of course.. there always is the possibility that *something* lurks out there, and that maybe, you really *aren't* alone..

Nicely done, as always. The end was a nice touch. Personally, I think part of what I find so fascinating about your work is the fact that it's all hand-crafted, and you don't use 3D printing or modeling as a shortcut or time-saver.

Truly stunning! Empty backrooms like these are truly terrifying to me because of the absolute insignificance one would feel in a vast, endless space in which you’re completely alone. Your mind is incredible and I cannot wait to see whatever you create next!

Infinite and still somehow, claustrophobic. Amazing!

Thumbs way up, this is amazing work You could use a kaleidoscope mirror to hide the seams, they are silvered on the front so there is no glass in the way
