I thoroughly enjoy the pontoon and car builds. You put a lot of thought, effort and artistic ability into them.
About the trailer: I would suggest getting the total weight of the boat with new top plus all furniture and motor, then go to a trailer shop (one that makes them) and asking for their opinion. It could be a multiple component issue axles+hubs+wheels+weight distribution. The new Tritoon sounds like a great buy regardless.

Getting weight distribution correct is CRITICAL when towing. This video shows what getting it wrong can do. kzread.info/dash/bejne/fJl5p6Vulbm0c84.html
Honest question: How bad does your life have to be to drop a dislike on this video? Always trips me out. Keep making things you like and thanks for bringing us along on the journey.

Some just don't get it - they think that if they don't agree with something (usually minor like mispronouncing a word) in the video they thumbs down it. I pretty much stopped leaving thumbs down except for very rare occasions where the video was crap, the content was crap, the arguments were crap and was a total waste of time - even then I'd let the creator know why. From a creator's perspective any thumbs up or down counts as interaction, etc. so it's mostly good anyhow....

@@Scotty_in_Ohio Agreed, and great perspective on it all being engagement, which ultimately helps the content creator (in theory, anyway).

There's a groop of people so miserable with thier own sad little lives that the only joy in life for them is to thumb down every video they come across... 🤔probably Biden voters 😉
It would be cool to see a “quick” pontoon build, just a clean up, maybe some paint and then flip it!! What a way of getting started thou hahaha
Yeah I would like to watch a build series on it
Yes I agree on the motor swap and trying to locate a new bigger motor for the custom Pontoon. Definitely interested in seeing the cleaning and updating of the latest Pontoon. 👍🏽
Takes a lot to be a good boat captain...you'll get there !
Definitely wanna see the rebuild on this. Can't wait to see the barnacles scraped off too. Lol.
Yes definitely do a small rebuild on this pontoon!!
This series gives me inner peace
Yes would love to see the new boat rebuilt.
Yes, I love your builds. I'd love to see you put your style on it.
YES to the quick tritoon rebuild series. Also, please get a modern trailer without the dumb golf cart tires.
Not just a rebuild... an Ultimate Rebuild!! :P
Yes, I would like to see this on the channel. I think a lot of people benefit from the amazing content that you share. I definitely appreciate it!
Yes, do the build! Looking forward to it.
Lovin it, man! Can't wait to see it floating!
Yes, please do a mini series on this pontoon! Thanks for sharing. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That looks like an awesome new pontoon! I like how it is currently set up but it definitely has spots where you will need to do some work.
Yep, rebiuld the new one. Love watching you do everything. Mechanical and design wise you are very talented.
Finally an upper decker job that doesn’t involve a toilet tank
Scored a heck of a good deal definitely slap the old Suzuki on and fix it up that will be a slamming great vid!!
Yes rebuild it.great job great videos.
I love that platoon
Dude is so talented - great job as always.
love to see a quick build on the tritune. great content thanks.
Definitely mini rebuild series
Definitely do a video on the rebuild, Can't wait to see the upper deck build on the other one. I'm looking to do that on my rebuild pontoon. Videos are great keep it up!
Hey man love the tritoon boat series! i just have a quick tip im around boats all the time up here on Norris lake TN, and i think of a tritoon of your size i would invest in a 200-250hp outboard because with a 115 you will not the best performance out of your tritoon. But i love the series man keep it up!!
@jman490101

Agreed. I have a 250hp on the back of my 25ft Premier Tritoon.

Also agree, we have a 250 Yamaha on ours, but that's only if he decides to keep this one would I say to invest in it

@@gmartin03 instead of buying boats and other things at the moment. I'd invest into a used or new engine along with other things for my tritoon.

I would concur with that advice. I wouldn’t bother with anything under 200hp for this boat or you’ll have trouble getting the strakes up
Great buy! I'm very interested in seeing you rebuild the new one. I really like what you're doing with party 2.0!
thats a great price on a Benington! even with the trashed tops... nice find!
Great job. Some times it seams like the entire world is coming after you. Look at it this way, you learned a ton of stuff with this new tritoon.
*Those barnacles on the hull are a royal pain to clean off - uff da!*
Your learning boat life just like we all did.......! I always wrap my Bimini tops so the canvas doesn't open or rip while towing over 40mph. Wait till a bearing hub burns up....gl
Yes REBUILD!
I'm sure that others will point out too but you want to be really careful trying to bend aluminum - even with heat it may crack or break. Nice score on the new boat!
Definitely a rebuild!
I like to see you fix this boat up.
This Build Series has made me want a pontoon boat... It's really cool idea that you had for this build. And do a Quick rebuild on it.

@@jerryscott6924 yeah not so many around here but it would nice too have a third boat for fun stuff, since I got the Fishing boat and shallow water hunting boat
Hell yes! I love your builds. Keep them coming. It doesn't matter if it's a year long series or a single episode painting another car for a chicken farmer. ;-) So yeah, regardless of the scope, I'd love to see what you do to this pontoon as well.
Take the trailer to a body shop to straighten the frame. Enjoying the show.
Rebuild on the new boat? Heck yes!
I’d love to watch another series for another pontoon! I also agree about the motor thing. Definitely need a bigger motor for the double decker tri-toon. Just a tip for the double decker.. Make the bottom of it flat and put it on an adjustable hight type of thing.. You won’t be able to go under many bridges if it can’t adjust.
I’m not into boats at all but I love how you present yourself and your content so watch everything you upload. You have a certain vulnerability in how you speak about what you are doing, almost like you are asking for permission. I say, do what you want the way you want to do it and screw anyone who doesn’t like it. Keep doing what your doing, you are awesome 😎 👍🇬🇧
Hi ! yes, please make a video of the rebuilt of this new boat. I love yr videos! Greetings from Munich (Germany) from a french guy ;-)
The 115 will be perfect for the new boat and get like 150hp or 200hp for the pontoon with the upper deck when you can. Best of luck with the builds love seeing them makes me wanna modify my boat too haha!
Yes I would love to see a rebuild
Yes to a mini series to the "Cursed project"!! Your content is great!
Wow! That boat has full lifting strakes!
This is the second you tuber I have seen at Ballard Park! Welcome to Melbourne!
2 clips in one week , thats like the best week of my life. But another pontoon build, it may turn out to be the best month of the year. amazing Videos Zac really looking forward to seeing both the new builds
Rebuild it as a house boat. With your trailer move the tandoms up front and use the new rear as a lazy axle on an air bag. This way you can let the air out for tight cornering or parking.
get the boat weighed before doing anything to your trailer. you might just have to shift your axles forward. instead of adding a third axle. that or look at possibly upgrading axles in general 5k or 6k
Rebuild for sure
I have no intentions of buying a boat, but I still watch every video and enjoy your content. 👍
Yes you need to put it on the channel
I would suggest beefing up the tongue of the trailer box the frame in to give it more structure and also I would add some triangulation to those stairs at the front having them hang out into space like that seems kind of dangerous but would also help with stability of the trailer. If you add an axel you will need to upgrade the trailer brakes to handle the additional weight of the boat it will also make towing much safer.
Yes, id like to see a refresh
Second...lol! Great work as usual - keep it up!
New Tritoon looks to be a good buy. Pity that you lost the top. Good save in sourcing new rims and tires and tools out on the road, but at least it was not pouring with rain, hurricane winds and a moonless night. I would like to see you clean the tritoons.
Would love to see your rebuild on this one! Plus, yes, swap motors out and get a bigger one for your "other" boat!
Yes, I would like to see you rebuild this pontoon.
Keep the pontoon boat mods going bro. This is your strongest suits. We love them. Think outside da box more too!!
Personally I don’t think the trailer need another axle at all but to play it safe and save your money in case the third axle isn’t needed I would get the boat fully built first and take it on a trip to see how the trailer reacts with the 2 axle set up
I think it would be cool if you did a short mini series on refurbishing this boat
I’d clean it up a little, go with your Suzuki engine and use it as you finish your other project then do a rebuild. I build airplanes and finish other peoples builds and find it a lot easier and timely to get one done and start the next. Good luck either way and enjoy watching your adventures!
Would love to see the new boat get a facelift. Love your content!
Dude! good get, yes rebuild it somewhat.. watch for water in the pontoons themselves, had it hapeen to one of mine. Stay tandem on the trailer with heavier axles if you can ,tripples are hard on tires and to maneuver.
That was an adventure but it’s all in a data work
Your are the best KZread
Really want to see you work on the other boat too!!!
Just name the new boat “Murphy’s Law”. No explanation needed.
Looking forward to more car or truck builds.
I’ve seen pontoons painted which instead of hull paint. Motor oil changes lower unit, and four stroke oil. Filters fuel, and oil, belt spark plugs. Definitely paint the lower unit fix n paint the cowling main body damage.
Hell of a day
I would love to see the rebuild on your new boat. Love the channel and your content. Keep them coming. Put the 115 on the 2006 and get a bigger motor for your Bentley
U did gd on this one
Would love a rebuild! Also sounds more useful for my rebuild.
Waiting for you to have the epiphany of creating a tear-drop camping trailer to match your new apocalypse Beetle! Start taking them to car shows and whatnot :-) Either way... would be a grand sight to see!
Thought that was a ufo but it was a chip in the windscreen lol got excited there 🙄🙄
Rebuild it!!! Would love to see it!
I'm thinking of getting a toon. I'm learning a lot from your channel on what works and what may not work. I would like to see a quick build on the Bennington just in case the toon I find is in similar condition. Thanks for all your insights and keep up the good work.
Don't beat yourself up about the canopies or the tyres on the "pontoon of doom" - just really grateful that neither you nor anyone else was hurt. I'd love to see what you're going to do with it. You didn't show the canopies much ( which is completely understandable after the day you had ) but it might be worth seeing if what's left can be fixed up on a limited budget. I also think you're spot on with needing a third axle on the trailer. Wishing you smooth sailing!
spread out the axles and increase their load capacity by swapping them out with beefier ones, perhaps also using larger trailer wheels that have a larger load. 2 larger axles would be better then 3 smaller ones, and also less tires / trailer hubs to service!
yes rebuild
I think the double axle is fine especially when it was made for the 24ft . It all depends on the brand & weight of your boat. But you trying to put a 3rd axle on your trailer would be awesome to watch. Also the heavier & longer of a boat deserves a bigger engine. The maximum I can go is 300hp.
Put your Suzuki on the Benny, and get a big ole evenrude 300 on yours 😂🤘🏻 that’d be sweet!
We need another pontoon build series!
What about doing a rebuild on this pontoon for ur parents! A little less party barge and a little more relax and chill! I bet ur parents wld love it!
Quick rebuild would be cool
Yup. Triple axle with wider tires and you won't even know your pulling anything.🍺🍺✌️
Would love to see the build on this Pontoon.
Axles are typically 3500# each. Unless your toon will be 6000# or over I don’t think a triple axle is needed. Jmo Great content Keep it coming You got me hooked
I think you should do a video or two on the new pontoon... your channel is Ultimate REBUILDS, btw. So would be fun to see a motor on it, and a cleanup and overall refresh. 👍
Into the rabbit hole lol
The new mercury 300 would be a good choice.
I'd love to see a quick build on this one.
I’d keep the 2nd one you built and fix up and sell this one! Yours looks nicer!
You’re gonna need a bigger yard soon! I’d worry about the bend in the trailer but I’m sure you can straighten it out. The new buy would look really good with some graphics on it like the brochure picture. Make it look not so plain ( and rental quality)
Yes. Show us everything.
