This week has seen us return to Pontefract parkrun, perhaps one of the flattest in West Yorkshire, although it’s registered as slightly hilly! We ran with the dogs on our last visit, being my best time on this course and Naomi’s only visit. We felt it as an easy one to beat. A week out from the marathon and legs returning nicely. Feeling about right for a blast at Pontefract parkrun for our Saturday tempo.
For a first time in a while myself and Naomi came home in positions 1 and 2, take a look to see which order and just how close we got to our personal bests this week!
A brilliant one lapped course not too far from the M62, perfect if you’re travelling past on a Saturday morning. Running around Pontefract racecourse on the concrete and tarmac course.
