@@Uncle228 It's a rite of passage to graduate high school and move on to the next chapter of your life and realize all the stuff they told you in high school about 'the real world' was wrong and how all the crazy drama you thought was the end of your life at the time in high school wasn't that big of a deal. Which they're gonna come to the realization on their own in a year or two anyway. I certainly hope my comment didn't take their happiness away, just because you may wind up changing how you feel in a few years, doesn't make the feeling of accomplishment right now any less real.

Yup big time because the original is short which makes it look easy but damn it's hard and that that I don't play anything except tambourine and I watch how hard everyone tries not to give up

I was the first person in my family to go to college. I remember walking down the graduation aisle to this song and looking up at the stands and seeing my mother, tears shining in her eyes and pride written clearly on her face. Now that she's losing her battle with cancer, I can't help but look back at how she was with me every step of the way and how much that moment meant to both me and her.

Oh man, I totally get you. I'm also graduating in 2022 but it's going to be my college graduation! I was actually scared about a month ago while attempting to apply for a transfer to CSULB, but unfortunately yet fortunately, I missed the deadline to register for the fall of 2022 so I'm going to have to wait till the spring of 2023 to officially transfer to CSULB. Anyways, it's definitely safe to say that I shed a few tears listening to this, knowing that it's already been 3 years since 2018 (when I graduated from high school and moved onto college) and that I'm graduating from said-college in less than 6 months. Well I graduated in 2021. May. It's...a different day, the way the sun shines in your room at 7 in the morning. The feeling of waking up knowing it'll be your last day and watch your 4 years go by in a flash before your very eyes. This song is the first thing that came to mind when I woke up to get ready. Got that tie and gown on. Headed downstairs with emotions like no other. Beyond normal comprehension. It was a powerful feeling knowing that high school is over. My 5th semester is finally done at Virginia Tech. It is 0:11 in the morning and I am going to Graduate next semester. I premiered the class ring for the Class of 2025 with my team this semester. How sentimental. I will graduate 1 year early. My college experience has been filled with so many memories, challenges, experiences, lifelong relationships, and I’ve learned so much as a guy. I also found out today, at 5:26pm I got into graduate school at Virginia Tech for the MSBA-BA program. Wow. I am so exited. I am hearing within the next few days if I get an internship at Stryker for sales in Jacksonville, Florida. I am not only blessed, honored, but also humbled to be in the position I am today. My word for this semester has been reflection. Reflection thought counseling and guidance. I have no doubts that if you want something, YOU can do it. Work hard, focus on it, obsess about it, and put your mind to it. I look forward to crying after graduation with my family. It will be happy tears. Don’t ever stop doing what you are doing and find happiness in what you do and who you are with. See you next semester in May!😁

Lindsey R, I am 😭😭😭I was supposed to graduate May 9, 2020, with my Master of Science in Criminal Justice. Then that date got pushed back to July 11, 2020, then this year's graduating class received an e-mail from the school administrators that the July 11, 2020 Commencement Ceremonies will not take place this year, but we can participate in 2021 Commencement Ceremonies. We will have our virtual commencement ceremony on April 17, 2020. I have to borrow my little sister's cap, gown, and hood because she graduated last year with a Masters in Criminal Justice 😭😭😭😭😭I’m so sad right now, but I understand 👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓😊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎉🎉🎉

Honestly don't worry. I never got any award and I've been flying through college. Half the stuff your teacher's tell you, "They won't accept late work" or whatever, they're usually wrong. Unless you get the super strict and stuck up teachers most usually accept late work. You may get a late penalty but it won't be the end of the world.

Look here, whether a "C" student or an "A" student, which I am......all of my professors have told and taught me that you can have honors across the board, but it's what you do with it that will determine your success. Have you ever heard of the phrase "Educated Fool", well, that phrase references those who have all the book sense and knowledge in the world but doesn't know how to utilize it well or in the right way. They are no comparison to those C students who made it by the skin of their teeth that are actually putting there knowledge to good use instead of letting it die or fry. "C" students rock and are just as important as any "A" student I know and that's coming from this "A" student here. You don't have to have all of the extra accolades if you know you did your best and guess what, your graduation will be proof of just that💪🏾👩🏾‍🎓🤗. Congrats!!!!

class of '22 here; i just had my graduation ceremony yesterday, and man, it felt awesome hearing this song playing the moment i walked into the arena and towards my seat. honestly, i'm still in disbelief that i've officially graduated high school. i'm also in disbelief that it went by kinda quickly for me; i can literally still remember the first couple of months of freshman year. but at the same time, i'm proud of myself for making it this far, and now i can start a new chapter in my life! so to the entire class of '22: congrats you guys! we did it! :D edit: bruh i just realized my graduation ceremony happened literally on the 10th anniversary of this video. didn't even realized until i looked at the date LMAO

Goosebump.. i remember this music.. while im marching towards to stage ang calling my name receiving my certificate.. all sacrifices are paid.. and thanks GOD i made it and proud to myself.. i saw my parents watching me a far and gosh both of them are crying because of overwhelmed feelings maybe they also proud to themself.. im the first who graduated and finished my degree..

I remember this at my HS graduation- I just started crying- it hits you hard when you realize you finally did it... It was a mix of tears of joy and celebration and a mix of sadness and heartbreak cause you're going hundreds of separate ways- never to see each other again mostlikely after that day. So for those of you still in middle and high school; enjoy it while it lasts.
