Thanks for the video! Subscribed! Thanks for the brush, good idea for cleaning the oven! I'm thinking about getting a water tank. But I'm wondering if it's worth it! Maybe it's not necessary? What do you think? I just need to lengthen the pipe and this way might work!

Hi there thanks for the sub and your time. I appreciate it. Yeah I think the tank is a worth while addition, if you need to wash your hands or make a brew this can rapidly reduce kettle time on top of the stove. Also it will indeed extend the length of the flue. My concern at first was the possibility of putting my face near it but it’s not that bad and I was using another door to access the tent. I also only put in what I wanted to use as filling it up will cause unnecessary condensation inside. Also worth saying that the tank still holds some water in the bottom below the outlet valve so watch when dismantling it all if you decide to get one. I personally would, you can decide to leave it at home if you don’t feel the need to take in certain circumstances. I find with all these things that you change your mind in a year and all of a sudden you can’t get them, so best to have the full setup. The wee brush is a great idea just mind no shave with it 😂 Thanks again for your time hope this helps.

I’m curious about if the tent leaked at all? I’ve been looking at this particular tent for about 6 months now but I haven’t pulled the trigger because I wasn’t quite sure about the quality..

Hi there, thanks for your time. No leaks so far and I’ve had many tents over the past 40 years, I’m well chuffed with the quality of this tent so far. This video was first use in very heavy wind and rain and this is normally when you would see a leak or two, if the factory seems are not sealed correctly, I had a good inspection when the tent was up and it all looked good. I believe they have it spot on with this model. I two asked a few folk on line just like you have and the answer was always no leaks. Sorry for helping you blow all your cash 😂

Have you had any leaks? I really want one but need to be sure Iv never spent that much on a tent! I’m looking at the same set up with either the baker oven or the max dweller 3. Iv never hot tented before, done years of winter camping now I’m older it would be lovely to have a stove. I’d really love the nortent gamme4 but can’t really justify the price nearly 2 grand with stove. Did you order off pomoly website? Any import tax or issues? With thanks Jim

Hi Jim, thanks for the comments. So to try and ease your mind I was the exact same as you, thinking will I go ahead and splash the cash. Short answer Yes. The video you watched was the first use of this tent and the weather was horrible, not one leak which surprised me as most tents do in a down pour. This is sold as a four sessions tent and I believe the quality to be great so far. My plan is to set this up at home the next time torrential rain is forecast to test it under more extreme conditions but first impressions are very positive. The stove was a dream to use and definitely worth the cash but make sure you use it a few times before using it in your tent as it gives off some strange smells first use. I agree now I’m past 50, looking for some nice nights out, I’ve been camping out for 30 plus years and not had this kind of thing before so it was an absolute joy to have. Yes I ordered everything straight from the Pomoly website and I was fearful that I’d get a tax and import bill, but nothing came. My set up came in three separate shipments so fairly confident that you wouldn’t pay tax on arrival and I think they have some kind of deal with the HMRC which is explained in the terms and conditions on the site, that said they also say you may be subject to tax. I also asked a few others before I bought and they all said no issues with Tax. Hope this helps you out, I certainly have no regrets buying it. I also feel once bought you’ll not need to buy again so it’s a one off cost. Mind tell the Mrs it’s £200 all in though 😂

Hello again, would I fit a carp bed in the inner tent do you think?

So this is the bed I use but not inside the Inner tent. I prefer it all one open space and this bed works perfect. I would say it will go in the inner tent but it will limit you access in and out, also with the raised bed your head may hit the roof of the inner tent. Condensation was my main reason for leaving down the inner tent. One thing I will say is try to find some kind of mat type things for the legs of your bed as if you are on soft ground it may puncture the ground sheet

Iv bit the bullet and ordered the 6 pro with dweller max 3 stove, so should be plenty of room. Can’t wait for it to arrive now
