I improved my hair by doing these: Having more and more vitaminC in form of lemon, orange, kiwi, 7-8 hrs of enough sleep everyday, have nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fishes like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins daily. Using mild, pure shampoo, oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. This is good for hair fall control.

Pomades are traditionally Oil based, whereas Styling creams are water based. Neither of these options should flake over time as they both contain high levels of oils and wax. However a GEL will flake as even though they too are water based, they tend to lack any wax and use PVP as their main “hold” component.

That's pretty much what he did. He didn't wash the styling cream of before he put the pomade on. So really he's using both so he doesn't really know the difference 😅

I think if you want to style with a blowdryer, you go with the styling cream. But if not, you could style your hair with just pomade, it'll be stiffer tho

Pomade does not harden over time, and it's water soluble, so very very easy to wash out. Kinda like a wax but much less heavy
