@szchietzmane6436
4 жыл бұрын
@@vvallacx I never disregard Clay as a drummer. I love him, that's why we need more of him. But the drum in Look But Don't Touch doesn't sound that natural, not as good as his sound in NLND, and we are just afraid the next album will sound like that. Im talking about the sound mixing here, not his skill. We all know he is a monster. Well, it's just my opinion though
@vvallacx
4 жыл бұрын
Szchietz Mane Well, I got ya. In a recent interview for a random channel at the Thomman Gearhead University, both Tim and Scott said that TMH was more like an experiment for what they were developing, so they lowered down the bass and drum in the mix and replaced some sections with electronic drums/trap beats and used 808’s instead of Gober’s bass. But with NLND I think that they were more confident about doing the same using real instruments, so that makes me think they’re always moving forward as a WHOLE, you feel me?. But that’s only my opinion, dude

@@vvallacx I never disregard Clay as a drummer. I love him, that's why we need more of him.
