It's real nd it's telling our samoan way of life ,what I can see is, really from the heart ,it means a lot. I adored the father's true love that never change to both the boys ,no matter how hard he realize one growing up differently but he was never failied ,the love of a father is always warm nd true. He was good with his brother and family before his uncle put toxic and rubbish in his head. There's a lot of people like this uncle in Samoa that deliberately spread this kind of chaos and division within families. It's even worse now with the internet 😱🙏

We enjoyed the movie last night. Made me laugh, I cried but most importantly, it reminded me about things I haven't hear since my parents. "Manatua le alofa" "o le kamaikiki e usika'i ma fa'alogo e maua le mea lelei" (my mama's word) "o le kiga o le pae ma le auli" ( a sese le leo o le fafige ua funfa ai ma mea uma 😁) great acting. I lived twelve years in North America and now twenty in Great Britain as my little family was is English, for me tough, I learn different languages because...English is useful BUT not enough now and can have a very limited shelve life communication wise if you speak it in a country that do not speak it as a first or second official language (but if another languages exist there, it must be spoken or understood enough or, again, quite some doors will not open). Each language does open commercial/cultural/work/folkloric/artisanal doors that others cannot! Also, as much as I like to use English of course, as I live in the UK or speaking it to folks that has it as a first language, I am noticing tough and can see, as my predictions usually becomes true in such matters, that more and more people have started since 2018-2019 not to choose English as a second language as a reflex to use it like the Lingua Franca right away but go for French, Spanish, Russian, German, Malay etc...which are per regions of the globe and for some, internationally, lingua francas themselves. Some folks also seem to go for specialized languages like Icelandic or Maltese or Farsi to open special historical and cultural doors ... Since Brexit (which I understand the reason for) and, as much as I love America still, as I lived there for more tha a decade and had my steel tested there plus learned positiving you up mentality and can do attitude as well as Sesame Street/ Mr Rogers neighborhood thinking, because of so many Trumpist extremists, racial/political discriminations in the United States being there still, plus some American big companies and social media multinational firms avoiding too much taxes via countries where they declare far less, English will be used less around the world by choice now, by, indelibly, a minimum of around minus 15%, by 2023-25. So about the robotic use of English? One language is never enough / O le gagana e tasi e le lava Even in India, Hindi, not English, is the most widely spoken there as a first language and second language. We must note also, the number of native Spanish speakers in the United States is less than that of English speakers, the Latin American Spanish in the USA is getting stronger there as, for now, there are 43,200,000 native languages in that country.
