Way ahead of its time. Makes modern day fitness look like a joke. It was easy to watch the whole video. Some great content in here.

it is not ahead, actually at every university they teach this and it is like it should look like I mean training not only for the olimpic weightlifting...but just people don't want to learn and listen to the science. They prefer fast results, crossfit etc.

apart from this it is not a local club here ! they are olimpic medalists, national champions etc it is not a small local gym! so of course the training is more specified for them etc. etc.

It's funny you say that because Zygmunt Smalcerz is in this video and has been the weightlifting coach at the US Olympic Training Center since 2010

I have a hard time believing they did all these jumping/sprinting warm-ups every single day. Who knows though...

They go through phases some focus on endurance and balance while other times it’s more time lifting

Info is hard to find indeed. He seems like a great lifter and has huge quads
