Polio Pathophysiology

Polio is a non-enveloped positive single-stranded RNA virus. It can cause viremia, and in a few unlucky people, it can cross the blood brain barrier into the CNS to infect lower motor neurons in the anterior horn of the spinal cord, causing myelitis and paralysis. Why is it so difficult to find information on how polio damages parts of the brain? Does it affect the prefrontal lobe? Memories? Does it cause confusion, or difficulties in making decisions? Help!

Sounds very similar to transverse myelitis which l contracted over twenty years ago and still suffer from it.We have difficulty in making headway in all our research although many people are working very hard to find the cause and treatment. Predominately effecting children I must be one of the oldest people to suffer from this dreadful ailments , fifty one years old when I contracted it !!!

5 month ago I was diagnosed with Polio in 2020 and I have tried everything I can to cure myself, but all to no avail, until I saw a post in a health forum about a herbalist who prepared herbal medicines to cure all kinds of diseases, , at first I doubted if it was real, but decided to give it a try, when I contacted this herbalist through his email and he prepared me a herbal cure for polio and sent it to me through the company's service UPS delivery, when I received this herbal cure. , gave me step by step instructions on how to apply it, when I applied it according to the instructions, I was totally cured of this deadly disease within 2 weeks of use, I am now polio free, all thanks to Dr. Osemuahu. you may also need his help Contact him on WhatsApp +2348070801077

it seems a lot of viruses (sars included) rely on RdRp to replicate so why don't we have antivirals to target that protein?
