Hostile environment arresting a kid for a robbery that did not happen. When I was a working teenager they would pull me over saying that someone with whatever clothes you have on robbed a jewelry store. That was the lie used over and over, I worked for everything I and have. Too many of them are just Heartless!!

When I was a little kid, I stole a couple pieces of Jolly Ranchers. My Mother marched me back into the store, made me apologize to the owner and made me pay for the candy (she gave me the money before we went in), She then asked if he wanted to call the police and have me arrested for stealing, I started crying and swore to both of them that I would never steal again! The owner said he would give me one chance but if I ever did it again, he would press charges and my Mother made me work off the money. I was around 8 years old and it left a huge impact on me but I know now, that my Mother and the owner were in cahoots together and just wanted to scare me. It worked 🤣, so why do they not give parents a chance to change the kids behavior like mine did anymore?

@@shayvidatv well the reason the police handcuff someone is to prevent said person from harming the police or anyone else the person is near. If you are afraid an unarmed 8 year old child can hurt you then you have no business being in law enforcement. There are many situations when cops don't handcuff grown men that are arrested if the person is someone they do not expect to harm someone (such as a fellow police officer or someone rich and famous). But I have no clue what the 10 year old you referenced has to do with this.

Some children actually commit suicide due to bullying...I worry about this child,being singled out by police...Community policing is not hand cuffing 8 yr Olds period...we saw how that cop had that child's arms yanked back...child abuse 100%...
