+Sam Rogiers To answer your question is it legal well yes but with VERY strict Rules and Laws. If the car is on a legal road and/or the car car is moving, Then its VERY ILLEGAL. But if the car is registarted as a show car and your on private land or at a car show then its legal to do. In short turms, Having these light on the car is not breaking the law in anyway. Its all todo with the Use of the lights them self
