Police Contractor Tries To Smash My Camera in Whitehall

Hi Guys
I spent some time down Whitehall and came across an individual who I met on a previous audit.
I then find a police station that was hiding in plain sight. Before a contractor exits the station and decide to take the law into his own hands.

Yep, most of them don't display it, they could assault you and you'd have no way of knowing who to make a complaint about (which is why they hide them), SIA themselves don't give a toss (try reporting someone via the SIA website complaint process, you won't even get a reply), and the police don't enforce it, even though it comes under criminal law . . . so yeah, the whole badge thing is a joke.

Bro, as someone who was born here but from another culture, it's clear from looking at history your generation has CLEARLY FAILED to defend your country. The ww2 vets if they were alive today would roll in their graves The first mistake was trusting the government and surrendering your freedoms, surrendering your patriotism and allowing the media to dictate the narrative. I could go deeper into this but it boils down to weak, pathetic individuals who won't stand up for what is right. I think Convid is a perfect example of this as I've experienced this several times during the plandemic. People are so relaxed with giving up their freedoms. Anyway at least you can appreciate guys like Tommy Robinson more, although I'm not white, at least I understand what he was trying to do, unlike some of the weak individuals in your country It's over now, might as well look for second citizenship, this was never going to end well, heard it from here first.

I've also given updates in several videos on developments of many cases going through civil proceedings. Finally, something that I can't help nor control is just how slow a process it is. Filling compliants and then commencing civil proceedings, which can't be done concurrently, is a very slow process. All I can assure you is that there are many claims and complaints being worked on at the moment and ask you your patience while they are completed and at whcih point I will be more than happy to give a comprehensive update that won't compromise any investigations.

It shows the depth of unprofessionalism exists when they become confrontational and use expletives. It also shows how stupid they are when this is being recorded too. At the end of the day , they're suppose to assist and help the public. Otherwise they're in the wrong jobs period.

Regardless that some of these security people are wrong regarding the laws of photography, you always go out of your way to antagonise them. So many of the bad auditors do what they do just to make money. No scruples. They make things bad for real photographers.

16:45 You can use form V888 to get the registered keeper's details and from that get the name of the owner to file the case against them or the driver. A civil claim even for assault is better than a private criminal prosecution. It's actually cheaper to make a private prosecution than a civil claim, but it's way harder in terms of the process. The level of proof is lower in a civil claim.

If you can get the guy's employer, either by finding out or be telling the guy that you won't personally do anything to him if he tells you then it's way better as a company is more likely to pay out.

@@mikeel6074 The DVLA only need an incident, civil or criminal to give out details. An assault can happen without any physical contact. It'll still be a criminal offence. Its a valid reason to get evidence and details in order to progress with a case. GDPR/DPA doesn't protect an employee from identified for a legal case. There is no need to identify the employee anyway as the company can be sued instead. It's not making a threat to not do something. It's giving options and the other person a choice.
