The F**ng Weirdo At Lambeth Station & Rogue PCSO At Victoria Station

Hi Guys
I went back to Lambeth station when I was with ‪@Krazyjakeuk‬ where I was verbally abused by Police Staff
They clearly haven't learned their lesson since my visit with Sergeant Escobar.
I also got accosted of a rogue PCSO who clearly thinks he is something special.
Please head over to ‪@Krazyjakeuk‬ to show your support
As always

HNK Solicitors: .. (Do you have to tell police your name if you are arrested?) If you are arrested, you do not need to give your details to the police, either in public or at the station. This can delay your release; however, the police can only legally hold you for 24 hours unless further time has been authorised by either an officer at least the rank as a superintendent or a Magistrate/Justice of the Peace. After which you must be either charged or released, regardless of them gaining your details. If you do decide to give your details, you only need to give your name, address and date of birth. But you are only legally obliged to give these details if and when you appear in court.

Yes, well, if you want to believe a solicitor thats up to you. But there is no valid and legal COURT, its a private company enforcement office, applying Acts and Statutes (Company policy) on ppeople who do not work for or have a valid and legal obligation under the private company policy. I walk out of court if i'm ever taken there against my will. I rip the magistrate a new spleen by demanding the valid and legal consent to be governed agreement, complete with my signature...... which doesn't exist. So the Magistrate has ZERO authority and i stick my middle finger up as i walk out. WAKEY WAKEY FOLKS. They are criminals, no legal authority whatsoever. And the solicitor will tell you that shite because he's given a superior oath to the BAR ASSOSIATION. It may sound good on the ears, but its still more lies from a corrupt man or woman working for the same corporation.

I don't think we use the term " officer" here in the UK, I think it is better to call a copper " Constable" regardless of their rank, and if they have a rank such as Sergeant you should still call them constable because it is a catch all term....and of course a "PCSO" is just that....not a real constable, just a waste of space.

That woman is the very reason that auditors are needed. According to her giving up your privacy, cop operating by supplying your details which will be on a database, supporting the withdrawal of services because of a camera are the “best thing to do”. There needs to be an attitude adjustment with the staff at this station big time - to treat members of the public with such rudeness is unacceptable - the lady & PC Grace were exceptional.

This is how the police act to members of the public when asking to make a complaint and not identifying themselves, disgraceful behaviour....and this is the reason why we have no faith in them and disrespect their ilk. I really hope the young officer with the hot food always respects his position and the public.

I wish in my many years of working for companies, I could just ignore customers and play on my phone. Not to mention the ones out on the beat that don't know "all the laws." Whatever job I have had I have to always answer the customers, always answer phones, and know all the rules and laws. Or otherwise face a huge fine or get fired for making a mistake.
