It's so rare to see a police officer not immediately display an inferiority complex. He actually has the dignity, humility and self confidence which too many cops lack.

If 99% of cops were like that big guy law enforcement would have 99% respect and backing of the public

We have just witnessed a wonderful ambassador within our police force. Hat's off to that PC. The rest of them were typically, arrogant, belligerent and unfit for purpose.

This channel is underrated. Your videos exposing the police disconnect are a positive contribution to the communities of the UK. Literally changing the face of policing for the better. Your activism is up there with AB and FP. If the gang badge is finally stopped it will be party down to you. Its a sad state if affairs when a decent humble police officer is extremely rare.

After the past 20 years of watching the police and the antics, that officer was a breath of fresh air, wish they were all trained to interact with the public in such a way ❤ Top Man.

The guy who took his badge off was wearing it with the best of intentions. But you sense others who see it as a symbol of us against them. They don’t contribute to the charity apart from the badge. That not commitment. Respect to that guy Im sure he will have put it on later as it seems to mean something.

This station was opened by the late Princess Diana. I was one of the VCC police cadets who showed members of the public around the station on the open day. This is a very welcoming station. I have recently undertaken a ride along visit at this station. Great team of officers committed to the training of new recruits. Great vibe here.

He must care on some level about how the public perceive him, which is a great thing, and he deserves the credit for the action of doing something no other officer has ever done - as far as I'm aware.

That’s what a police man is meant to be like, top man.

From an impressed member of the public. Credit to the officer in the van with the courage of his convictions to stand out from peer pressure and remove his defaced Union Jack, TBL badge. As displayed in his conversation, he is a polite, knowledgeable confident officer. A credit to the police service and his family. Hopefully, his seniors acknowledge him and help him continue the good work. The ones who didn’t remove it are the opposite, they are sheep with no self-confidence, worth or belief to act independently. Plus, fair play to admit to watching auditing videos. Of course, the police watch them who wouldn’t. As for the guy who got out of the car, His intimidation tactics didn't work. He only resorted to being friendly when he realised that fact.

The whole demeanour of a lot of British cops now is awful, swaggering around hands in pockets, wearing masks or these snood things around their necks & I’m with you on the Thin Blue Line thing, I spent 24yrs in the army & never once wore anything related to soldiers getting injured or killed, the Thin Blue Line badge shows a them & us front & I’m amazed that no commander has issued an order for them to be removed, they must know that many of the public don’t like them, along with a lot of other badges that many cops seem to wear.
