Driver’s should be forced to learn how to read a depth gage and how to locate a cars air intake before being aloud to modify his ford spasmo.

Too much time on their hands.

And yet the police can't be bothered to respond to peopñe finding a weapon potentially used in a serious assault. This country has its priorities on its head.
