If you look closer you'll see that is actually not an unmarked Tahoe but rather a ghost or STEALTH marked car haha it definitely has reflective painting on it but yeah really hard to see. It wasn't an unmarked car at all just looked like it xD

At 3:49, I see the North Wildwood unit responding and have a flashback to my family's vacations at the Garden State Motel in North Wildwood in the 1970's. Looks like the scene in the video is in the same neighborhood- but from what I can tell, sadly the Garden State appears to no longer be operating under that name / price that was so Family friendly. : ( Thank you to all police for being there for us 24x7x365. Question I’ve always had: Why don’t they put the same sirens that fire trucks have (at least here in Ontario) on them which sound like there are two or three vehicles coming instead of one? A lot more people pull over for fire trucks, and I think that’s why (at least here).

Most, if not all, Ambulances/Fire Trucks are equipped with Dual-Tone sirens, whereas cop cars aren't. It also boils down to either cop preference, the police vehicle's equipment, or even department regulations. Take this with a grain of salt. I'm not a cop. I'm an enthusiast
