Drunk white Republican Commissioner gets special dispensation. I guess the laws don’t apply to them. The cop should be disciplined.

must be nice when the cops “ dont wanna have to arrest a city official for DUI SO THEY DONT!! like is he able to drive drunk and put peoples lives in danger because hes a city official. why do these goofy entitled prix think they are above the law?! probablybecause they are🙄. but if it was someone who had just went out drinking after a tragic event in their life, and drove home a point above the limit- their vehicle would be impounded, they’d be in jail, the wife would be in jail for lying to the cop, and they would have enough tickets and fines to pit them on the brink of homelessness ESPECIALLY IN FLORIDA!!

Good to know the next time I drive drunk is to simply step out of the vehicle. Then the cops can't arrest you.
