Rule of thumb - police is not to be trusted in such situations. It’s not only about whether they have real grounds or not, once they have you there and gauge that you’re scared or worried they start their games to make money. Our cops don’t only operate under/for the law, they work for the bribes. That is their primary source of income… Sorry, if a cop is reading this. We both know what the facts are.

10 years ago my dad was asked to report to the police station with our car because a guy mistakenly said our car number after he was minorly hit and run. The police told that my dad should report first and then the car should appear later by someone else(he wasnt allowed to drive until proven not guilty). He was kept in the station seated on the floor for 5 hours until the guy who reported the hit and run case came and told that the car wasn't the one that hit him, my dad argued with the police about making him struggle through all this and the police said to go away before he actually writes that our car was involved in the case. So its basically difficult to argue with some 3rd class police department even if you aren't guilty. They just comeup with something to prove you did that

Lesson learnt sir don't ever go to police station send a lawyer

Sir, kindly create a separate video like what to do in such situation. I myself faced such situation, where they threatened me to come to police station otherwise they will arrest me from home (BTW the police was from different state). I appeared on the police station and they harassed me for 2 days and they found nothing, as I was not even aware of the crime, but somehow got linked into a case. Now I hate police from every angle for harassing me for nothing.

They don't even touch a small lawyer.....!!! Lawyers have great unity. I've seen myself, even in case of small incidents, they don't let the local courts work until the matter is resolved. Even district level officers are helpless in front of them

Whole situation- I joined the company at x salary and after 6 months I wanted to leave company because I got better offer and I file a resignation. They asked me they can give me same offer and can push my growth in future as well… they said you need to email us that you are ready to sign 2 year bond. But They didn’t provide any training Note- I already had experience of 3 years in same skills After signing the bond on stamp paper everything was good but after 7-8 months of signing the bond the work getting affect my personal life and I offer them that I want to resign They accepted the resignation but didn’t pay salary of that month when I ask them they said you need to pay 5 lakh as mentioned in the bond I emailed them that I cant go further with you because of work pressure and you can take my one month salary as a good will but I am not able to pay full 5 lakh They didn’t agree and I left the company now I get a summon for the civil suit. What to do now? I do not want experience or relieving letter but now as I got summon so what to do
