Polaris Sportsman CV Boot Replacement

Welcome! Today we are replacing the cv shaft boot and the left front spindle on our 2008 Polaris Sportsman 400 HO. I ordered the parts from Partszilla and the part numbers are listed below.

    17:40 saved me after 8-hours searching for a clip that doesn’t exist. Other KZread videos/older Polaris sportsman use a small c clip to remove it with needle noose. I couldn’t find it till I found this video. Used a long bolt and a hammer. It pop out like what you did on 17:40 thanks!

    “So…I’m going to be very gentle with that”. Pulls out orange mallet 😢 Sorry to hear about your pinky finger. You don’t realize how much you use that finger until it is injured.
