Your vedios are very self explanatory.

I am installing mine today. What do you think of putting the round louver where the rectangular ones go and switching them out later? I hate to put louvers for the center defrost in the tray where I lay things.

As long as the round Louver hole is not bigger than the rectangle Factory cut out. I think you'll be okay. Thanks for watching Dirt Poor Tv.

Have you been able to source the rectangular defroster louvers for the top of the dash?

Yes I was able to purchase the vents/louvers. You can get them from Polaris or other heater manufacturers.

I see you spliced in to a different hose at the engine, instructions show to splice into oil cooler hose
