I bought it on Amazon. It was called the Polaris rzr steering wheel puller. I have several pullers, but none of them would work. It requires this small puller.

Did you buy the limit straps as a kit somewhere?

Yes I did, they were for a rzr and I got them on Side-by-side stuff. They came with the longer bolts and spacers. The XP needs 23" straps

How much farther does the steering wheel stick out compared to stock?

It's only a few more inches, it was vey easy to get use to
